Mornings In Romans

A few years ago, I started an in depth study of the book of Romans. God spoke to me in a powerful way, and my life was changed. I no longer saw myself as a useless bystander, saved to sit by and wait. I am now an ambassador for Christ who has given me the power to endure all things. My mind was renewed and my walk with God took on a new pace.

I have challenged several people to study Romans if they feel stuck in their Christian walk, or if they feel depressed about life, or if they are struggling with their self worth, or even trying to find their place in their local church.

This past year, my brother has started to study Romans, and I can see it in his eyes when he talks about what God has shown him through His word. My brothers life is changing right now as I start this series. You can not seriously study God's word and not be changed.

This study is an endeavor to break Romans down into small portions that can be taken in each morning as help you work through this book.

The book of Romans, in my opinion, is the hinge between the Old Testament and the New Testament ages. Every single doctrine in the whole Bible is reflected in this book. The law is revealed as the school master teaching that we can only make it through God's grace alone. The working out of our faith and the holy spirit working in us go hand in hand. The election of saints and the responsibility of man are joined together. Our new life and new responsibility is laid out for us. While the book of Romans is not an easy book to get through, every effort put forth is a deeply rewarding one.
